How to Retire a Validation System?

System Retirement is the stage of a validation project after which system is no longer used actively.

1. Navigate to 'Document Summary' in toolbar and Click on Form icon under more Actions column for System Retirement From.

• Click outside, Changes will be auto saved.

3. Provide the details for Observation and Remarks columns under System Retirement Form checklist and QA Decision as required.

• Click outside, Changes will be auto saved.

4. After updating System Retirement Form, user can do the following:

• References can be added as explained here
• Attachments can be added as explained here
• System Retirement Form can be published as explained here
• System Retirement Form can be e-signed as explained here
