How to add attachments to User Requirement Specification?

1. Click on 'Document Summary' Icon from the toolbar, to navigate to document summary window.
2. Under Actions of User Requirement Specification, Select 'Attachments'.
3. Select the required file in 'Upload Your Files'.
- Once the file is uploaded it will be displayed here.
