How to create Form-based Validation Summary Report?

1. Navigate to 'Document Summary' in toolbar and click on form button for 'Validation Summary Report'
2. We can view auto-generated validation summary report displaying the summaries of requirements, trace, risk, qualification, discrepancy and run-wise test case summaries
Note: The 'Table of Content' can be used to make modifications as required for the PDF document
