How to create various Qualification Reports?

1. Navigate to 'Document Summary' in toolbar and 'Click to Upload' button for Qualification Report

2. A pop-up window will open with option to select the workflow approved test cases from the list

Note: User may create a single qualification report for various categories (IQ,OQ,PQ,IOQ,OPQ) of test cases or create separate reports for each test case category

3. Select the test cases and click on Sample Document to download the prefilled sample word document

4. The sample word document shows the data of selected test cases combined. The word document can be updated as required and saved. 

5. The file can be uploaded in GoVal application

6. Upon uploading the Qualification Report :

• The reference section can be updated as explained here
• Attachments can be updated as explained here
• Report can be published as explained here
• Report can be e-signed as explained here
