How to create Compliance Report?

1. Navigate to 'Document Summary' in toolbar and 'Click to Upload' button for Compliance Report

2. Click on 'Sample Document' to download the word file

3. Update the compliance file and save for uploading

4. The file can be uploaded in GoVal application

5. Upon uploading the Compliance Report :

• The reference section can be updated as explained here
• Attachments can be updated as explained here
• Report can be published as explained here
• Report can be e-signed as explained here
