How to Handover a Validation System?

System Handover Form is the stage of a validation project where system/project is going live.

1. Navigate to 'Document Summary' in toolbar and Click on Form icon under more Actions column for System Handover From.

2. Select the appropriate checkboxes, fill the check list and provide conclusion for System Handover.

• Click outside, Changes will be auto saved.

3. After updating System Retirement Form, user can do the following:

• References can be added as explained here
• Attachments can be added as explained here
• System Handover Form can be published as explained here
• System Handover Form can be e-signed as explained here
