How to create Form-based Residual Risk Assessment?

Note: Before creating the Residual Risk, create the Risk as explained here.
1. For the approved Risk Document, Click on 'Create Residual' to residual risk flow.
2. A Residual comment pop up appears.
- Enter the comment, and click on 'Create' button.
3. Under Document Summary, Functional Risk Assessment Report would be created.
- Select 'Form' icon to add residual risk data.
4. Click 'Edit' against a risk, scroll down to Residual Risk Assessment section.
5. Update the 'Residual Risk Assessment Details'. Data gets auto-saved.
