How to create Form-based GxP Assessment?

1. In the 'Document Summary' page, click on 'Add Documents' icon and Select the 'GxP Assessment-Form' from the list and click 'Save'

2. Click on this Form icon to fill the GxP Assessment form

3. Fill each section of the form


Note: The 'Applicability Criteria and Result' of each section is auto populated based on the checkbox ticked in that section. 

  • Form gets auto saved.
  • Upon completion, click back to come to Document Summary


4. Click on Actions, then 'Table of Contents' to configure the PDF output

  • Configure the PDF header, footer and cover page
  • Add/update the PDF chapters
  • Update the display order, page break, orientation, edit chapter name, select output variables for table data as required
  • Click 'Update' to update the changes

5. Navigate to Document Summary and

  • Add References
  • Add Attachments 
  • Click Preview to preview PDF output
  • Setup Workflow
  • Publish the document to take it for workflow approval
