How to view the list of available projects for a user?

1. Login to the GoVal v1.4 application
- User will be able to view the list or active projects by Navigating to 'Project Summary' from toolbar.
2. Alternatively, user can navigate to 'Home' page from the toolbar.
3. Select 'Project Summary' from Projects menu to view the list of the projects at any point within the application.
