Pre-requisite 1: To generate, near to accurate data, it is required that the  specifications (FS/FRS/FDS/FCS etc.) are well defined and correctly categorized.

Pre-requisite 2: It is required that the subsequent documents like form-based risk and test case protocol are added in 'Document Summary' for them to appear in drop down for generating AI based responses.

1. Click on 'Form' icon to add/update/view the specifications.

2. Click on the star icon under Actions column, to generate AI based content.

  • It will open a pop-up window.

Generate Risk:

3. Select the document type (say Functional Risk Assessment) from the drop down, number of responses you would to generate and click 'Generate'.

Note: The drop down is dynamically generated based on documents added in document summary explained in Pre-requisite 2 above.

4. As seen above, 2 responses are generated for risk.

User can do the following:

5. Retain both or delete the unwanted response, update the response (even P,S,D values) if required by clicking on the field and click 'Save' to add new risk mapped to selected Specification.

6. Change the number of responses in dropdown (Max 5) and click 'Generate' to generate alternative responses and follow step 5 to Save.

  • The saved data will be added to Risk document as below.

Generate Test Case:

7. Select the document type (say Protocol for OQTS) from the drop down, number of responses you would to generate and click 'Generate'.

  • Click on 'View Test Steps' to view/update/delete the test steps

8. As seen above, 2 responses are generated for OQ test case

User can do the following:

9. Retain both or delete the unwanted response, update the response (including test steps) if required by clicking on the field and click 'Save' to add new test case mapped to selected Specification.

10. Change the number of responses in dropdown (Max 5) and click 'Generate' to generate alternative responses and follow step 9 to Save.

  • The saved data will be added to Protocol document as below.
Note: Each of the above generated data for the respective documents will be in Draft status and user will have the option to update the same any time till they are published.
