How to create Form-based Traceability Matrix with 'User Acceptance' and 'Requirement Summary'?

1. Navigate to 'Document Summary' in toolbar and click on form button for 'Traceability Matrix'

2. We can view auto-generated trace matrix displaying the mapping of the requirements with specifications, risk and test cases.

3. Click on 'Requirement Summary' icon to view the category-wise requirements

4. Click on 'Unmapped Requirements' icon

- View the test case coverage, unmapped count and ids of the unmapped items in this screen

5. Click on 'User Acceptance' icon to view and update the status of requirements and test cases that will reflect in the counts in Validation Summary Report
- Double click on the User Acceptance Status to update it
- Remarks can also be updated to reflect in Traceability Report

Note: The 'Table of Content' can be used to make modifications as required for the PDF document
