How to create Form-based Compliance Assessment Report?

1. Navigate to 'Document Summary' in toolbar and click on form button for 'Compliance Report'
2. The compliance report with compliance list opens where we can add 'Reference' and update 'Response' as Yes/No/NA
3. Clicking on the 'Reference' opens a pop-up with option to map User Requirement, Functional Specification, System Configuration Specification and Risk Assessment
4. Select the document ids to be mapped and click 'Submit'. The selected documents are added in 'Remarks' field and response is changed to 'Yes'
5. Click on 'Add Compliance' to add new points from 'Compliance Master'
6. A pop-up window opens with list of compliance which are available for selection.
7. Selected compliance points are added to the list for further action.
