How to create/bulk upload Form-based User Requirement Specification?

Note: Similar steps can be followed to add Form based Functional Specification or System Configuration Specification data.

1. In the 'Document Summary' page, click on 'Add Documents' icon and Select the 'User Requirement Specification-Form' from the list and click 'Save'

2. Click on this Form icon to view User Requirement Specification

3. Click on 'Add URS' to add new requirement

4. Fill the mandatory fields like Requirement and Category, fill other fields as required and Click 'Save'

• The requirement is saved and Requirement Id is auto generated.

5. Click on 'Bulk Upload' to upload multiple requirements together.

6. Click on 'Sample Download' to download the Excel based URS template.

7. Update the excel file and use 'Choose File' to upload the data

8. The records will be displayed on screen for confirmation. 

9. Click 'Import' to import the data. The records will be added with respective URS Id.

10. Navigate to Document Summary. Click on Actions, then 'Table of Contents' to configure the PDF output.

• Add References
  
• Add Attachments
• Click Preview to preview PDF output
• Setup Workflow
• Publish the document to take it for workflow approval
