Custom templates/forms can be any document that is not available as standard document in the list of document and the one which user would want to upload to the system and take it for electronic workflow approval.
Note: The below process can be repeated for adding multiple custom templates
1. To add a custom template to the list of documents, click on 'Add Documents' in 'Document Summary' window

2. In the pop-up window that opens, select 'Custom Template' from the dropdown and click 'Save'

3. The Custom Template will now be added to Document Summary list

4. Double click on document name and document number to rename/renumber them as per the required template

5. Modify the template and use mapping variables/annotations from GoVal so as to dynamically replace the variables/table data.

6. Upload the Custom Template(ex: Vendor Document) to the project

7. Following actions can be performed:
- View the document in PDF
- Add Attachments to the template
- Add References to the template
- Define the Workflow Setup
- Publish the template and take it to eSign
