How to map document data for a User Requirement Specification?

1. Click on 'Document Summary' Icon from the toolbar, to navigate to document summary window.

2. Click on the "Upload" icon under the Actions column.

  • A User Requirement Specification pop-up will appear.

3. Click the "Browse" button and upload the word template.

Note: The "Do you want to map Document Data" toggle button must remain switched on, to map the document data of the uploaded word template.

  • A "Document Data Map" pop-up will appear.

4. Click the checkbox corresponding to the document data that needs to be mapped.

  • Once the check box is clicked, a list of drop downs will appear for the selected data.

5. Select "id" for the URS Id column, "Requirement" for the requirement column, and "Category" for the category column from the dropdown menus as illustrated in the image below.


Note: Similar mapping needs to be done for Functional Specification, System Configuration and Risk Assessment documents

6. Once the dropdown values are mapped, Click the "Save" button.

  • The document data is now mapped successfully.
