How to create External Reviewers master list?

1. Navigate to 'Master Data' tab in toolbar from home page

2. Click on 'External Reviewers'

3. Click on 'Add User'

4. Fill the external user details like name, email id, designation and department.
Note1: Email need to be accurate so that external user receives e-mail communication promptly
Note2: Name, designation and department need to be correct as they will reflect in 'Approvals' table in the signed document

5. Click on 'Save'

- The user details will be added to the list and will be available to use during 'Workflow Setup'
- Click on any of the fields to edit it
- Use 'Delete' icon to delete the record (only if no approval task is pending for user)
