How to add new Application user (or) Azure user?

Add Application User

1. Click "Users" under the master data window.

  • Add users window will appear.

2. Click "Add User" icon.

3. Enter the required user details and click "Save" button. 

Note: The user can be provided with access to multiple locations using 'Access Location' field

  • The user is now added successfully.
  • The added user will receive an e-mail to proceed with application login.

Add Azure User

4. Click the "Azure Bulk Import" icon.

  • Bulk import pop-up will appear.

5. Enter the user email-Id and press 'Enter' key.

  •  Multiple email ids can be added in similar way


6. Click "Get Users" button.

7. Fill in the required user details like Location, Department, Role and click "Import" button.

  • The user form azure AD is imported successfully. The user will receive a system generated mail with credentials to login to the application.
